Learning is more fun when it feels like play.
Sky Learning Studio makes games for Japanese–English bilingual kids — so keeping both languages feels less like homework and more like the best part of the day.
- 3 games in the series
- 2 languages, always together
- Ages 4–11
Keeping two languages is hard. It shouldn't be joyless.
Bilingual kids lose ground quietly. One language becomes the school language, the friend language, the game language — and the other slowly turns into the language of flashcards and Saturday classes. That's when kids start to resist it.
We think the fix isn't more drilling. It's making the second language live somewhere kids already want to be: inside a game they'd choose on their own.
Every game in the series moves between Japanese and English by design. Not a translated version — one game, two languages, side by side. Kids play. The switching becomes normal. The horizon gets wider.
Play first
If it isn't fun in the first thirty seconds, it isn't finished. Learning rides along inside the fun, never bolted on top.
Both languages, together
English and Japanese appear in the same play session, so switching between them becomes a reflex instead of an event.
No losing, no shame
Mistakes slow you down, never stop you. There's no red X, no score to be ashamed of, no reason to quit.
Broader horizons
Two languages means two ways of seeing. We build for the curiosity that comes with that, not just the vocabulary.
Games in the Sky Learning Studio series
Different skills, same spirit. More on the way.
Drive Go Go
Steer, read, and race through a world of words.
A gentle driving adventure where every road sign is a new word. Kids read to choose their route — in English or Japanese.
Bilingual Samurai
Slice the right word. Earn your rank.
Fast-paced word slicing where kanji, kana, and English fly by together. Read fast, swing true, climb from apprentice to master.
Bilingual Ninja
Listen closely. Move quietly. Word by word.
A stealth game powered by listening. Hear the word, tap the matching path, slip past the guards — in two languages.
More games are coming
The series keeps growing. New games join the same family: playful first, bilingual by design, gentle with mistakes.
What you should know before you hand over the tablet
No ads, ever
Nothing in our games is designed to sell your child something. No banners, no video ads, no interstitials.
No personal data collected
Our games don't ask for a name, an email, or a login. Nothing about your child leaves the device.
Playable offline
Once installed, the games run without a connection. Good for flights, cars, and waiting rooms.
Short sessions by design
Rounds are built to end cleanly in a few minutes, so putting the tablet down doesn't have to be a fight.
Questions, bug reports, or a feature your child keeps asking for? We read every message.
Contact usSky Learning Studio
Sky Learning Studio is the game studio of Rock Castle Solutions LLC. We build small, focused games for Japanese–English bilingual families — the kind of games we wanted for our own kids.
We're not trying to replace school, tutors, or reading with a parent at bedtime. We're trying to fill the hours when a kid picks up a tablet anyway, and make those hours count for something.
