Sky Learning Studio is a brand of Rock Castle Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how our website and our games handle information. Our games are made for children, so we designed them to collect as little as possible — in practice, nothing personal at all.

The short version

• Our games do not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
• Our games do not require an account, name, email address, or sign-in.
• Our games contain no third-party advertising and no ad tracking.
• Game progress is stored only on your device.
• We do not sell or share any information, because we do not collect any.

Information our games collect

None. Our games do not request or transmit names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, contacts, location, device identifiers, or any other personal information. Game progress — such as levels completed or ranks earned — is written to local storage on the device and never leaves it. Deleting the app deletes that data.

Children’s privacy (COPPA and similar laws)

Our games are directed to children and are built to comply with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), and the EU GDPR. Because we collect no personal information from any user, we do not need to obtain verifiable parental consent for data collection, and there is no personal data for a parent to review or request deletion of. If you believe we have somehow received information about your child, contact us and we will investigate and delete it.

Advertising and in-app purchases

Our games display no third-party advertising. If a game ever offers an in-app purchase, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple or Google — we never see or store your payment details. Any change to this will be reflected in an updated version of this policy.

This website

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your language preference (English or Japanese) is stored in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers your choice; it is not transmitted to us. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process standard server logs such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability purposes.

Third-party services

The App Store and Google Play operate under their own privacy policies when you download or purchase a game. This website loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files.

Changes to this policy

If we change how our games or website handle information, we will update this page and change the date above. Material changes will be noted in the relevant app’s store listing as well.
