How can we help?

Yes. Once a game is installed it runs entirely offline. A connection is only needed to download the app, to make a purchase, and to post a score to Game Center if you've chosen to use it.

No. There is no account, no sign-in, and no personal data collected — no name, email, location, or device identifier. Progress is saved only on the device, and deleting the app deletes it. Apple's own privacy label for Drive Go Go reads "Data Not Collected". See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

None, in any app, ever. No banners, no video ads, no interstitials, and no third-party ad SDKs. Nothing interrupts play to sell your child something.

Not currently. Because we store progress only on the device and never create accounts, there's nothing on a server to move. Purchases do transfer — use Restore Purchases on the new device. We're weighing ways to carry progress across that wouldn't require collecting data.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account that made the purchase. We can't process a refund directly, but do tell us what went wrong so we can fix it.

Drive Go Go is the gentlest start for early spelling, while Kotoba Quest adds picture-supported memory matching. Try Bilingual Samurai when reading speed is the goal. Bilingual Ninja asks for spelling and route planning together, so it is the hardest.
