Bilingual Ninja Privacy Policy

Bilingual Ninja is made by Rock Castle Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the Bilingual Ninja app handles information. It applies to the app itself; the Sky Learning Studio website has its own general privacy policy.

The short version

• Bilingual Ninja does not collect personal information.
• It does not require an account, name, email address, or sign-in.
• It contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party advertising SDKs.
• Your game progress and settings stay on your device.
• Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple; we do not receive or store payment details.

Information collected by the app

None. Bilingual Ninja does not collect, transmit, or store personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, contacts, location, identifiers, usage data, or diagnostic data. The app has no user account system and no user-generated content.

On-device data

The app saves game progress and preferences, such as completed stages and sound settings, locally on your device. This information is used only to make the app work and is not sent to us or to any third party. Removing the app generally removes this local data. Purchases may be restored through your Apple Account.

Purchases

Bilingual Ninja offers optional one-time purchases to unlock additional stages. Purchases, payment information, and purchase records are handled by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment-card information. Apple’s handling of information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.

Children’s privacy

Bilingual Ninja is designed for children and families. Because the app does not collect personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have received personal information about a child in another way, please contact us and we will investigate and delete it where applicable.

Third parties

The app does not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services. Apple provides the App Store and processes optional purchases under its own policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change how Bilingual Ninja handles information, we will update this page and its date before or when the change takes effect.
