TwinkleTouch Privacy Policy

TwinkleTouch is made by Rock Castle Solutions LLC, trading as Sky Learning Studio (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the TwinkleTouch app handles information. It is written for parents and guardians.

The short version

• TwinkleTouch does not require an account, name, email address, or sign-in to play.
• We do not collect personal information from children through the app.
• The app contains no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.
• The amount of free-play time already used is stored only on the device.
• Apple processes the optional one-time purchase and purchase restoration through StoreKit. We do not receive or store payment-card details.

Information stored on the device

TwinkleTouch stores the number of free-play seconds already used in local device storage. This lets the app enforce its three-minute free-play period. We do not receive this value on a server, use it to identify a child, or combine it with information from other apps. Deleting the app removes this locally stored value from the device.

Information we do not collect

TwinkleTouch has no Sky Learning Studio account system and does not ask for a name, email address, phone number, photo, contact list, precise location, advertising identifier, or free-form message. The app does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or location. Touches are used immediately to draw visual effects and play sounds; they are not recorded or sent to us.

In-app purchase and restoration

After the free-play period, a grown-up can choose a one-time full-access purchase. TwinkleTouch uses Apple StoreKit to load the product, complete or restore the purchase, and verify whether the device has an active entitlement. These interactions may require an internet connection and are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store a card number, Apple Account password, or other payment credential.

Audio, touch, and Guided Access

TwinkleTouch creates visual effects from on-screen touches and plays synthesized tones or audio clips included inside the app. The app does not record audio. Its Guided Access reminder checks only whether Apple’s Guided Access feature is active so play can begin at the appropriate time; we do not receive or store that accessibility status.

Children’s privacy

TwinkleTouch is designed for babies and young children to use with a nearby adult. The app does not include accounts, social features, chat, user-generated content, advertising, or analytics. The purchase and exit controls are placed behind a grown-up maths check. If you believe personal information about a child has reached us directly through a support message, contact us and we will investigate and delete information we control where applicable.

Contacting us

The app does not contain a form for children to contact us. If a parent or guardian contacts us through the Sky Learning Studio website or by email, we receive the name, email address, and message that adult chooses to send. We use that information only to reply or resolve the support issue. Please do not include a child’s personal information. You may ask us to delete a support message by writing to hello@skylearningstudio.com.

Changes to this policy

If TwinkleTouch changes how it handles information—for example, by adding analytics, advertising, accounts, cloud storage, or another online service—we will update this page and revise the date above before or when that change is released. We will also update the app’s privacy details in App Store Connect where required.
