Word Fall Privacy Policy

Word Fall is made by Rock Castle Solutions LLC, trading as Sky Learning Studio (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the Word Fall app handles information. It is written for parents and guardians.

The short version

• Word Fall does not require an account, name, email address, or sign-in to play.
• The app contains no advertising, third-party analytics, in-app purchases, or subscriptions.
• Game settings and score records are stored locally on the device, not in a Sky Learning Studio account or database.
• A parent may choose to use an optional Apple Game Center leaderboard from the gated Parent Zone.
• All email and website links are available only after an adult completes the parental gate.

Information stored by the game

Word Fall stores choices such as word language, difficulty, controls, and up to 100 score records on the device. We do not operate a Word Fall account system and do not receive this local game data on our servers. Deleting the app removes this locally stored game data from the device.

Advertising and analytics

Word Fall does not include advertising or third-party analytics. It does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, use the advertising identifier, or create advertising or analytics profiles.

Optional Apple Game Center

A parent can open the Daily Challenge leaderboard from the gated Parent Zone. If the parent chooses to sign in to Apple Game Center, Word Fall submits the final Daily Challenge score to the leaderboard for the selected word language. Apple processes and stores Game Center information under Apple’s privacy policy. Classic play, Daily Challenge play, and local score history work without Game Center.

Children’s privacy

Word Fall is designed for children and families. We do not ask children to provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, contacts, precise location, or free-form messages in the game. We do not sell personal information or build profiles of children. If you believe personal information about a child has reached us directly, please contact us and we will investigate and delete anything we control where applicable.

Contacting us

The gated Parent Zone can open an email link for adults. If you email us, we receive the email address, subject, and message you choose to send. We use that information only to reply or resolve a support issue. Do not include a child’s personal information in your message. You may ask us to delete a support message by writing to hello@skylearningstudio.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change Word Fall’s data handling or parent features, we will update this page and revise the date above. Material changes will also be reflected in the app’s store listing where appropriate.
